We are all shaky and so disgusted. #unitedairways According to the statement released by the airline, the passenger was dragged from his seat screaming and dragged off of the plane with a bloodied face because he refused to leave his seat after being randomly picked by a computer to take another flight. Flight 3411 from Chicago to Louisville was overbooked. After our team looked for volunteers, one customer refused to leave the aircraft voluntarily and law enforcement was asked to come to the gate.
