K. Michelle took to social media on Thursday with some pretty heavy news.
The singer and reality TV star told her fans she was devastated after being diagnosed with Lupus two weeks ago.
She went on to explain how a second test gave a dormant or negative result.

there, K. revealed her fertility doctor told her she was unable to carry her twins to full term and she felt like God was punishing her for getting an abortion.
The good news is K. Michelle says she's found the perfect surrogate to carry her babies.
