Two sisters have been charged in the fatal spanking and beating of a 3 year old with a baseball bat for taking a cupcake from the kitchen. LaShirley Morris and Glenndria Morris were formally charged Tuesday with two counts of felony murder. They were also charged with one count

of aggravated assault. Lastly they were charged with cruelty. Records shows that LaShirley Morris used the bat to hit KeJuan Mason over and over in the head. Her sister was there spanking him with her hand. The little boy did not survive his injuries. Watch Video Below
