Well with all of the speculation over the years about the soundness of Monica’s Marriage,it has become evident that there was certainly Trouble in paradise.
Monica has officially had enough with her marriage to former NBA baller, Shannon Brown.
According to TMZ, the songbird filed for divorce earlier this month in Atlanta. At this time there are no further details about the couple’s breakup. There has been no word on whether there will be child or spousal support in the future. TMZ reports that the singer’s attempts to seal the divorce documents were unsuccessful.
The couple entered into matrimonial bliss back in 2010. There was speculation about a pending split last year.

However, the singer shut down the rumors with pictures of the two, pictured as a blushing couple. Unfortunately now it appears Monica has called it quits.
So here is the tea. Shannon Brown has been rumored to having been unfaithful their whole relationship. We all know that Monica is a strong woman and that she just isn’t going to have that for long. Clearly she tried to work it out, due to the fact that her last relationship did not last.
