A 29-year-old man has been convicted for intimately assaulting and impregnating an 11-year-old. This happened back in 2016
The victim’s mother revealed during her testimony that she noticed her daughter looking different. She had appeared to be pregnant in October 2016. The daughter told her mother that Gregory Hickman had intimately assaulted her earlier that year.
According to records, Hickman walked the victim home from a store. He decided to change their route. He intimately assaulted her in the woods.
The victim said that Hickman threatened to take her life if she told anyone.
The victim gave birth to the baby in December 2016. The DNA testing confirmed that Hickman was indeed the father.
Hickman was convicted on April 1. It took the jurors less than 20 minutes to come up with their verdict.
According to the court records, Hickman has another pending case that involves his girlfriend’s 13-year-old daughter. Apparently he also intimately assaulted this young lady as well.
