A Long Island man has been obtained and charged with fatally shooting a Health worker. This happened inside a parking garage underneath a medical office area. Quay-Sean Renard Hines, who is 30, was charged with second-degree fatal injury. Allegedly he fatally injured 33-year-old Amelia Laguerre. Right after this action he went to the gym. Hines is believed to have stalked Laguerre. It was clear that he wanted to take her life. According to recoeds, he fired at her with his weapon in a dimly lit parking lot. “This person was probably waiting in the wings. If you were down in that parking garage, it’s kind of dim lighting,” Authorities said. Stephen Fitzpatrick also said that he was lurking. Laguerre’s family says that the single mother of a 5-year-old son told them that Hines was mentally and physically abusive

to her. This started to happen at the end of their two-year relationship. The past couple had broken up last year. The victim called it quits after he burned her clothes, damaged her property, and broke some of her child’s belongings. This happened during different arguments that the couple had. Authorities said that Hines probably started stalking Laguerre right after their breakup. He’s accused of breaking into her residence in October 2021. He repeatedly showed up at her job to beg her to give them another try. Hines pleaded not guilty to the second-degree fatal injury charges. Contrary to all of this, he has been dating someone. So basically, he had been dating and stalking his ex. Authorities said: Any women who have been involved with him, come forward if abuse was involved. Watch Video Below
