Emmanuel Deshawn Aranda who is 24, was charged with attempting to fatally injure the child. The people who were there said that a man pushed a 5-year-old child from a mall’s third interior level to its first floor. Arana afterwards just took off running after the incident. He was found inside the mall’s transit station and arrested. Authorities described the child’s injuries as life-threatening and said that witnesses gave

the child first aid.”The child did suffer significant injuries,” Police Chief said. “The child has been transported to the hospital and has been receiving care.” At this point, police does not believe that there is a relationship between the family of the child and the suspect.
