Nathaniel David Rowland who is 24, has been charged with fatally injuring and kidnapping of a University of South Carolina student. Samantha Josephson who was 21, mistakenly entered Nathaniel’s car thinking that he was her Uber driver Nathaniel is no stranger to crime. He also had a warrant out

on him for car jacking a woman and stealing some goods. Some of the items were found in a local pawn shop. Samantha’s parents are now rallying for different protocols for riding Uber’s. They do not want the same thing to happen to someone else. Watch Video Below
