A man who is HIV positive, knowingly exposed women that he met on dating apps to the virus, according to officials.
34 year old Rudolph Smith, of Frederick, was taken into custody after a 21 month long investigation.

He would meet the women on various dating websites and apps.
Smith has been indicted on four counts. They are assault in the first degree, reckless endangerment and the knowing transfer of HIV.
