A mother of two was fatally shot outside of a Mississippi club. She was pregnant with her third child, according to records. Jacqueline Brownlee said that her daughter, who was 30-year-old Takila Gross, was fatally shot of a Club. She said that her daughter was caught in the middle of a cross fire. "She was with friends and they was just having a little night out and she was just an innocent bystander. She was actually on her phone when it happened," Brownlee told the outlet. It was said that an altercation between two people had broke out, and shots were fired. The victim was struck while she was sitting in a nearby

car. She passed away at the scene. "There was a female in it that the driver thought was having a seizure. Further investigation revealed that she had a single gunshot wound to the head," Authorities revealed. When she learned that her daughter had been wounded, Brownlee told WREG she rushed to the scene. "I just could not believe what I saw. I saw a body on the ground, already covered," The mother recalled. Many hours later, authorities were able to track down the alleged assailant. Andre Norman, who is 38 was obtained. He initially fled the scene. He has been charged with the crime and is being held on a 1 million dollar bond.
