The father of a 3-month-old baby girl has been turned in by his own dad. His daughter was found in the trash in a wooded area. He allegedly confessed that he panicked when he found his daughter “stiff” and “cold” in her bed.
Damion Comager, 23, was arrested after his dad turned him in. He said that he had talked to his priest for wise council.
“I’m just trying to process this,” Donald Comager, 47, said.

a lot of crying. She wouldn’t stop crying,” Comager explains. “He said he just shook her and lay her down, and he lay down and went to sleep.”
“He got up and reached for her and she was stiff. Her body was cold and he panicked. He told his girlfriend, ‘I think she is dead.'”
The baby girl’s body was found not too far from the transitional shelter, where her dad and 20-year-old mother.
The mother has been arrested as well.
