A restaurant manager in Wisconsin has been terminated after he was caught on camera throwing a drink in a customer’s face. This happened after a disagreement over the customer’s food order. The incident has sparked legal action against the establishment. What Happened? According to the surveillance footage , the manager, Jason Diong, is clearly seen throwing a glass of water at a woman’s face. This happened after she complained that her food was cold. She said that she did not want it anymore. The woman, Mariah Luckette, then proceeded to throw a chair back over the bar at him. The woman said that she suffered chemical burns to her face from the lemon in

the drink. She was wearing a bandage over her right eye during the interview. She said that she was “very traumatized” by the incident and that she will never go back to the restaurant. Diong told local authorities that he Threw water because she used unpleasant language against him. He said that Luckette was “intoxicated” and “making remarks” based on how he looked. He said that he has dealt with customers who try to get free food in the past. He did admit that he should not have thrown the water. He admitted that he was “really frustrated”.
