Kenya Moore’s divorce from Marc Daly is getting messier by the day. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has been accused by her estranged husband of refusing to sign the settlement documents that would finalize their split. According to court documents, Daly filed a motion to compel Moore to sign the papers on June 8, 2023. He claims that he has been trying to reach an amicable resolution with Moore since they filed for divorce in January 2021, but she has been stalling and delaying the process. Daly alleges that Moore has failed to respond to his requests for information, documents and discovery, and has refused to attend mediation sessions. He also accuses her of making unreasonable demands and trying to drag out the divorce for publicity and drama. Daly is asking the court to order Moore to sign the settlement documents within 10 days or face sanctions. He also wants the court to award him attorney fees and costs for having to file the

motion. Moore has not yet responded to Daly’s motion. The former couple share a 4-year-old daughter, Brooklyn Doris Daly, who was born via surrogate in November 2018. Moore and Daly got married in a secret ceremony in St. Lucia in June 2017, but their relationship soon turned sour. They announced their separation in September 2019, but briefly reconciled before calling it quits again in January 2021. Moore has been open about her marital woes on RHOA, where she revealed that Daly was unfaithful to her and that they had communication issues. She also claimed that he was controlling and disrespectful towards her. Moore has expressed her desire to have another child, either with Daly or with a sperm donor. It remains to be seen if Moore and Daly will be able to finalize their divorce soon or if they will continue to battle it out in court.
