The festivities took a surprising turn when North was caught on camera “slapping” Jessica Simpson’s daughter, Maxwell Drew, in the face. The video which showed North and her friends dancing and singing to Miley Cyrus’ song Party in the USA on a party bus. The girls all wore matching pink pajamas and tiaras for the occasion. North seemed to be having a blast, but Maxwell looked less than thrilled. She sat quietly next to North’s cousin, Penelope Disick, while North grabbed her friend Ryan’s hand and screamed out the lyrics. At one point, North leaned over to Maxwell and started tapping her cheeks repeatedly. Maxwell did not react, but looked uncomfortable and annoyed by North’s behavior. The video sparked a lot of reactions from social media, who wondered if North and Maxwell were even friends or if they were just forced to attend the party because of their famous parents.
