Renard Spivey, a sheriff's deputy in Texas who appeared on a popular TV show, has been charged with fatally injuring his wife. She was found shot twice in their bedroom closet. Spivey, who had been a bailiff in the show "Justice For All with Judge Cristina Perez," called 911 to report there had been " an incident"

after an argument with his wife. The 63 year old told the dispatcher and the police, that he and his wife had been "tussling" and he accidentally fatally injured her. Spivey was also hit in the leg and told police his wife had hit him. "We had been arguing all day," he told authorities. Watch Video Below
