According to MediaTakeOut, Ciara is currently six weeks pregnant, meaning that she and Russell immediately tried to conceive after Sienna was born. A source told the website that the "I Bet" songstress "wants a total of five kids."
While it may be too soon for Ciara to get pregnant again, the idea isn't completely impossible since her first child Future Jr., whom she shares with ex-fiance Future, loved the idea of being a big brother when she was pregnant with Sienna.
