A fatal injury and self fatal wounding Investigation is happening in Rochester New York. It has been revealed that an off duty female officer took it upon herself to take three lives including her own. The law enforcement officer from a neighboring jurisdiction allegedly fatally wounded two women. Among the

victims were a 27-year-old woman. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. A 29-year-old woman was pronounced deceased not too long after being transported to a local hospital. A third woman in her 30’s also was wounded to the upper body. Her wounds were non life threatening. Watch Video Below
