Sanders, 56, and Edmonds, 55, met at a movie premiere for a film she produced in 2012, according to Yahoo Sports. They started dating shortly after and made their relationship public in 2013. They often attended each other’s events and supported each other’s careers. Sanders, a Hall of Fame defensive back, became the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes in 2022, after coaching at Jackson State University for two seasons. The couple has six children between them from their previous marriages.
