New York Woman Loses Her Life Over Trying To Save Friends Daughter From Boyfriend

A New York woman life was ended wh A New York woman life was ended while trying to help save her friend’s teen daughter from her boyfriend.  The incident took place when 36 year old Franchelli Almonte was asked to drive her friend to pick up her daughter. She was at the home of her 17 year old boyfriend. Once the two women arrived at the apartment, the boy told the girl that she could not leave. At some point, she was able to get away from the home and get into the vehicle with her mother and Almonte. When the girl got into the backseat of the car, her boyfriend tossed a brick into the back window. He then went over to the driver’s side of the car, where Almonte was seated and did the unthinkable. The woman tried to use a stick in the car to fend off the boy but was jabbed by him. She drove away from the scene before stopping the car only a few minutes later and losing consciousness.   “All she was doing was giving her friend a ride,” Amy Larrieux, another friend of the two women, told Reporters.
