Marcus Henry, who is 50, has been charged with the fatal injury of his elderly mother. The state recommendation was to give him a bond that was set at $2 million dollars. His defense team felt that was way too high. The judge decided that the bond would be

set at 1 million, with 10% being paid to be free. Should he make bond, the judge ordered that he not go to the crime scene. Authorities said that Henry’s mother, Essie Henry was severely hit to death. When the authorities arrived, the body was found in some bushes. Watch video below
