A pair of Maryland men have been arrested for kidnapping and assaulting a woman. Javier Antonio Ortiz and Edwin Manuel Reyes, who are both 22, convinced the woman to leave the a Restaurant and go with them. The woman, who apparently knew the men, got in their car and the unthinkable happened. Once she was inside, she was beaten and threatened with a weapon. This all happened when

tried to get out, authorities said. The two men drove away from the location with the lady. After She lost consciousness, she was pulled out of the vehicle. The men allegedly continued to assault her. When she woke up, she was on the side of the road. The two men have been brought up on charges. One man ended up in the hospital with an unrelated cause.
