A grand jury in South Carolina has indicted a 29-year-old man for kidnapping and fatally injuring Deidre Reid. She a 41-year-old mother who hasn't been seen in over six months. She has been presumed deceased by investigators.
Authorities have already charged Emanuel Bedford with grand larceny. He has also been charged with obstruction of justice for his alleged role in Reid's disappearance.
Grand Jurors have returned an indictment against the Man from Georgia for far worse. They indicted him with fatal injury and kidnapping of the mother of his child.

Bedford, who is the father of Reid's youngest child, was traveling back to his home in Augusta, Georgia.
Authorities have alleged that there is no evidence that he ever boarded a bus that day.
On Sept. 5, 2021, investigators located the woman’s gray Car partially submerged in a pond. This was just 11 miles from Bedford's home in Augusta. This was more than 130 miles away from Pageland.
