A woman was arrested for allegedly drowning her two children. A baby and a toddler were found in the bathtub in her Northern California residence according to authorities. Courtney Williams, who is 26, was arrested at her residence after the children's father called emergency at around 11:45 in the morning. The father returned home from work for lunch.

His wife "allegedly told him that she had hurt the children.” Authorities said. The father found the bodies of the boys. One child was five months old and the other age 2 1/2. They were found in a bathtub that full of water. Life saving measures were taken but it was too late. Watch Video Below
