An investigation is underway after a woman in Chicago was found deceased. She was found shot inside of a house that was on fire. Authorities discovered a small fire at a house. Firefighters had to kick in the door. They found

an unresponsive woman located at the back of the house. 32-year-old Raquel A. Adams was identified by the medical examiner. She was wounded to the back of her head. Miss Adams was a mother of five children. Watch Video Below
