Disheartened family members says that the 46 year old mother of five who was fatally injured did not deserve such treatment. Sircie Varnado, whose family says that she was disabled and was unemployed, was on her way to her way to see her boyfriend and was going to pick up some things from the store. Authorities says that the store clerk thought that she was stealing, so he did confront her. Apparently the employee called a friend for help. He showed up and was ready for something to go

down, witnesses say, that he had claimed to be a police officer. So he decided to confront Varnado and some aggressive words were exchanged. The argument turned into wrestling and during the tussle Varnado was fatally injured. He ran off after the incident. “She didn’t deserve to be treated like that. He could have just held her for the police. He didn’t have to do that to her. She didn’t have anything in her possession to harm anyone ,” said April Reed, Varnado’s sister. Watch Video Below
