Carmen White who is 38 is facing capital fatal injury charges. The woman from Houston is being charged for this after reportedly fatally shooting her sister, Cynthia Cervantes. After taking her life, the woman allegedly forced her 13-year-old son to do the unthinkable. She got him to assist her in disposing her body. According to records, Carmen allegedly shot her sister several times. She then proceeded to dump her sister’s body on a dirt road. To add insult to injury she set the body ablaze. Before moving her sister’s body, she came to the conclusion that she needed help. She first asked her ex-boyfriend. He promptly said no. The ex-boyfriend who wants to remain unidentified told authorities that Carmen offered him intimate acts for his help. He declined the proposition. She then decided to force her 13-year-old son to help her. She stopped him from playing with his younger brother, who is 12. They were at the park.

She asked him to help her move an object into her vehicle. According to legal documents, “He reached down and lifted what felt like human legs, so he dropped the legs back to the ground. Court papers says that the mother told the teen to grab the body and take it to her vehicle. He didn’t want to. The mother then became “extremely aggressive,” which made the teen petrified. This motivated him to participate. According to records, the alleged motive behind this incident was as follows: A witness said that he knew White made a threat against her sister in February. wWhite was arrested and found to have illegal substances in her possession. The witness also said that White was ‘very angry’ about that situation. Her sister called the authorities, causing her to get locked up. Her car was towed and she couldn’t get her car out of the pound. This caused her to take her sister’s life.
