Early one morning, authorities on duty came across the body of Breanna Burgess. According to the legal documents from the department, she had been stabbed multiple times. She was pregnant and the baby did not survive the attack. Much later after the pregnant woman's body was found, detectives identified two individuals. They were

Curteze Avery, 28, and Shallandra Freeman, 27. Both of them were obtained and taken into custody. Legal documents show that they are being charged with fatal injury and feticide.
