A 7-year-old Texas boy was found deceased inside of a washing machine. This was just hours after his family reported him missing. This was all according to authorities. A cause of his demise has not yet been determined. His name was Troy Koehler and he was a former foster child. He was taken in by a couple in 2019. The Family reported him missing in the morning around 5:20 am. When authorities arrived at the residence. They did “a brief interview for the missing person report” with the missing boy’s parents. Authorities said: “Things that they observed led them to

search the house thoroughly at that point. They found a deceased 7-year-old child in the washing machine in the garage.” The investigators declined to say if there was water inside of the machine. They also didn’t say if the lid was closed when they found Troy. He was wearing clothes at the time. It’s also was not clear whether the child managed to get in there himself. Foul play could not be immediately determined. “Whether he was fatally injured by the washing machine or fatally injured and placed in it, we’re just so far from that, I can’t comment,” authorities said.
