A Texas woman claims that she was denied being serviced for a pedicure. This happened at a salon after an employee told her that she was too big to sit in the spa chair.  Tina Lewis told a local news station that when she went to a nail salon for a pedicure with her mother, she was told that the spa chair could not support her weight.  "I was like, 'Can I get a pedicure? And what chair do I sit in?' And the employee was like, the chairs were not big enough for me to sit in," . "And I was like, 'Are you serious?'" Marie Bui, who works for the salon told the station that she was not trying to be offensive. "I

said, 'I'm sorry I cannot serve you because my spa chair is very small,'" Bui said. She said that she believes that another chair in the salon broke because a previous customer was too heavy for it. "After that, the spa chair and the machine broke underneath," Bui said.  So now, the salon has a weight restriction, she added.  But Lewis is frustrated that there are no signs indicating that, she said, and claims it's just an excuse.  She said she will not be going back to that nail salon. This has also happened in a Nail Salon in North Carolina. A salon was forced to make a public apology for denying a woman who weighed over 250 pounds a pedicure.  Watch Video Below
