Woman was coming home from going trick or treating with her twin daughters. Her ex boyfriend was an immediate suspect due to their tumultuous relationship. The most bazaar part is that he had a girlfriend but still was obviously obsessed with his ex girlfriend. His current girlfriend gave a remarkable account on the events that preceded this horrific event. They went

to her apartment complex and actually staked out and waited for Tiffany to get home. Once he saw that she was home he got out of the car.
