Police say they are suggesting a first-degree murder charge be filed against Jon Christopher Clark, the ex-boyfriend of a 19 year old Phoenix woman who was found dead a month after she disappeared. It is believed that Clark would

send text messages to the victim Kiera Bergman’s room mate. This allowed him to get money from her bank account continuously. The text messages were later found out to be sent from Kiera’s apartment WiFi. Watch Video Below
