A woman in Northern Ireland will potentially lose her sight completely after she decided to tattoo her eyeballs blue and purple. She did this despite the advice from her 7-year-old daughter. Her daughter warned her and said that she may lose her eyesight. Now, due to the decision of going ahead with the idea of tattooing her eyes, she is now suffering the consequences. Anaya Peterson, who is a Belfast-based law student and a mother of five is slowly losing her sight. She is unable to see features on faces from a distance. This idea was inspired by an Australian model. Her name is Amber

Luke. Amber has tattooed eyeballs. She had complications with her sight after the procedure as well. Along with the many Tatoos, Peterson also has a split tongue as well. The 32 year old now regrets the decision. “I was just going to get one eye tattoo at first, because I thought that if I go blind, at least I’ve got the other eye. I should have stuck with that,” Peterson told A News Outlet. “My daughter told me that I didn’t want to do that (the tattoo) asking, ‘What if you go blind?’ She wasn’t on board with it at all.” Watch Video Below
