There was a crash I-40 east near Charlotte Pike that Killed a 36 year old woman who was named Nyema Jackson. A paramedic was also involved in the accident and perished. The victims were ejected from the back of the Ambulance. The

driver of the ambulance apparently went out of control while swerving and avoiding traffic and forced the victims out the back and they hit a wall. Miss Nyema Jackson was going to the hospital for having chest pains. Watch Video Below
