Dean "Strawberry Hampton was having a tough time in the male prison. It was alleged that Dean was being abused and forced to do things that were inappropriate. He is currently serving a 10 year sentence for Burglary. A court hearing took place and he had a good case on his rights not being honored. It was said that his equal protection rights were violated. Dean described how inmates and guards would single her out and how she was brutally treated. The guards

would make him do horrible things that we can not go into detail with. The decision to transfer Dean to an all woman's prison was still up for debate. The reason being is because he did not have gender reassignment surgery. It was said that he would be a danger to women because of this. His legal team argued that due to his hormone shots, his testosterone was very low. With this being said he was chemically not with male qualities. Watch Video Below
