Shar Jackson, the actress who played Niecy Jackson in the UPN sitcom Moesha, and R&B artist Charlene “Tweet” Keys are set to star in a new sitcom called "Alisa and Mahogany". The show is created and written by DeAndre Little and will follow fashion college graduate Alisa (Keys) as she returns home to pursue the next chapter of her life. The series will be produced by DJL Concept

Creations LLC/Beverly Boy Productions and will air on Independent Network Royal K TV. The show will feature Shar Jackson as Mahogany, who fills in as a business partner after a family crisis. The cast for the 15-episode season will also include series regulars Dayveon Porter, Andre Doc Williams, Jermel Wilson, Ron’Netta, Jean Charles, Sencere Brown, and Jordynn Farley.
