Two children, their mother and father are deceased after an apparent fatal injury and self harm. 32-year-old James Travis Pitts shot and fatally injured 32-year-old Barbara Pitts,13 year old MaKayla Kleinert and 6 year old Riley Pitts, according to authorities in Nashville. In the early morning, James Pitts made a call to emergency and told dispatchers

and said that he had shot his wife and two young daughters. When the authorities arrived they had heard a single shot . When they entered the residence, the man was deceased in the living room. One daughter was already deceased on arrival. The wife and second daughter were alive but later passed away in the hospital
