. Kelly is going to have to find another Honey Comb Hideout for his alleged sex cult because the singer has been evicted from his Duluth, Georgia mansion for non-payment.
The Daily Mail reports Kells abandoned the mansion and didn't pay the $11,542.45 rent for two months triggering the eviction.
I'm sure he probably lost interest in the property after it was burglarized and completely wiped out over the holidays.
Daily Mail reports:
R. Kelly has been served with an eviction notice on one of his Georgia homes, which was believed to be used as the hub of the R&B singer's alleged 'sex cult' before being burgled
The eviction notice, obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, was filed on Tuesday for Kelly's home in the Johns Creek neighborhood of Duluth after the singer racked up $23,084.90 in unpaid rent and $2,308.49 in late fees.
Criminal charges are expected to be filed due to damage done to the suburban Atlanta property, which has a $11,542.45-per-month rent, sources tell DailyMail.com.
When the notice was served at the Old Homestead Trail house, no one was home and it appeared as though the property might have been abandoned.
DailyMail.com has contacted a spokesperson for R. Kelly for a comment on the eviction but has not received a response.
