A police officer located right outside of Houston fatally shot a woman. This happened during a scuffle over a Taser at an apartment complex. The incident was captured on social media and people quickly circulated the video. The woman can be heard shouting "I'm pregnant" multiple times before she was shot. The woman was identified as Pamela Turner. It was later confirmed that she was indeed not pregnant. The woman’s niece confirmed that not only

was her aunt not pregnant, but she also had mental issues. She has had past bad experiences with the police. Her family member Doris says that the police officer was trying to arrest her. Some things happened and his taser needed to be used. The deceased managed to get the taser and allegedly used it in the officer.
