A Georgia woman is accused of fatally injuring a man who tried to leave the scene of a crash.
A woman who is 21 years old decided to take matters in her own hands. She has been deemed the female George Zimmerman.
Hannah Payne's lawyer says that the incident was in self-defense. Payne's charged with fatal injury without on purpose intent of the demise of 62-year-old Kenneth Herring.

witnessed a minor car accident between driver Herring and another car. They say that Herring tried to leave the scene, others says that he waited for a while but was disoriented and left. So Payne decided to follow him and blocked his path with her Witnesses ssays that an altercation between the two ended with Herring being hit in the stomach. He did not survive his injuries.
