A 27yr old father from Philadelphia took his 11month old son with him to purchase illegal substances. He allegedly tried to rob the dealer or used counterfeit money for the purchase which caused the dealer to fire at the father and his baby. The father used the baby as a human shield, causing the baby to get shot 3times. The baby got hit

in the back of his head. For three years the baby was fighting for his life in a hospital. The doctors predicted that he would never fully recover. They thought he would probably be a quadriplegic. The baby passed away. The father served time for causing the baby to get shot and was released. He is now looking at fatal injury charges.
