A woman that was unable to hear and her daughter were fatally injured because of her boyfriend. The neighbors were knocking to warn her and her toddler about what was going to happen. They were fatally injured after a man set a blaze to her apartment building to get back at his girlfriend. Authorities says that 31 year old Star Milligan and her 2 year old daughter Mylah were fatally injured in a west side Detroit apartment. Dmarco Latham, 24, is accused of doing this to the building.
