Four year old girl passes away after an incident that happened at home. Court documents says that the girl's father told authorities that he put his two children in their high chairs to feed them. When he came back from dropping off something off at his wife’s job, he encountered 2 men. He said that he saw two men approach his front door. He heard them pounding on the door. The petrified father feared a confrontation would happen with the men. He said that he had grabbed his pistol for protection. According to the records,the father told authorities that he put the weapon down near the sofa.

He went to go speak to the men. He went outside to talk to the me. While outside the children had gotten out of their high chairs. according to authorities. He went to back to grab his son because he was climbing up the stairs. During this the father feels as if his daughter grabbed the gun and shot herself. This is what he told authorities. The two men who were there, said that they saw the boy crawling up the steps. When the father came back outside from retrieving the little boy , they said that they heard the fire arm go off.
